talentpluto is hiring a Founding Mid-Market Account Executive to join a fast-growing Series A SaaS company in the insurance software space. This is a high-ownership role offering autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to grow with a proven company.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market customers, from prospecting through close
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities within a defined target account list
- Develop relationships with decision-makers through calls, meetings, and industry events
- Run product demos and guide prospects through a consultative buying process
- Partner with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
- Share customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, primarily focused on mid-market customers
- Demonstrated success closing five- and six-figure deals in a full-cycle sales role
- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging customers in person when needed
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment
Nice to Have
- Insurance or financial services experience is a strong plus, but not required

Benefits & Compensation
- Base Salary: $125,000
