Neutreeno is looking for a Founding Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise clients and drive pipeline growth. In this role, you will build the top of the sales funnel and play a key part in our mission to accelerate global emissions reduction.
What You'll Do
- Build and own the top of the sales funnel through prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
- Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate meaningful conversations to uncover business challenges.
- Work directly with the Founder & Growth Lead to shape messaging and sales playbooks.
- Learn fast, experiment, and adapt; your ideas will directly influence sales strategy.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline by conducting discovery calls and needs assessments with prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives with key stakeholders.
- Track and manage all prospecting activities, pipeline metrics, and lead quality in our CRM system.
- Monitor performance against targets, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates on pipeline health.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and leadership to optimise lead qualification and prospecting strategies.
- Work with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and messaging.
