PREDICT is looking for a Founders Associate (Praktikum/Werkstudent) to join our 8-person team. This is a 3-6 month cross-departmental role with direct founder access where you will support Sales, Consulting, Tech, Content, and Finance. It offers a high likelihood of conversion to a full-time position for strong performers.
What You'll Do
- Support the team across various operational areas, with focus topics evolving over time.
- Test, review, and optimize AI automations to improve internal tools.
- Independently implement tool setups: Ad Accounts, CRM workflows, and tracking systems.
- Document processes and suggest improvements.
- Prepare customer deliverables and analyze campaign data.
- Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM and support operational processes.
- Contribute directly to real B2B customer projects at the C-level.
- Manage the content pipeline across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Coordinate production with external partners.
- Take on and execute smaller projects end-to-end.
