What You'll Do
Act as the central force behind studio operations, designing and maintaining systems that keep high-velocity execution on track. You'll establish consistent rhythms across teams, including daily standups and weekly planning, while owning key operational workflows from start to finish.
Manage the complete go-to-market pipeline—tracking leads, advancing deals, assigning follow-ups, and running regular pipeline reviews. Ensure every opportunity is nurtured and handed off in optimal condition for closing. Maintain real-time accuracy across all fundraising assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, metrics dashboards, and data rooms.
Develop standardized operating procedures, documentation, and internal tools to bring clarity and scalability to evolving processes. Coordinate seamlessly across functions, including international team members, and support venture validation and spinout execution for portfolio companies.
Requirements
You have 1–3 years of experience in operational roles at fast-moving startups—such as BizOps, Founder’s Associate, or Chief of Staff—where you operated with autonomy and delivered results in ambiguous environments. You communicate clearly, take full ownership of outcomes, and thrive when juggling multiple priorities with precision.
You're fluent in the core startup toolstack: Notion, Slack, Asana, Google Suite, and Figma. You're detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable stepping beyond assigned tasks to identify and solve problems before they arise. Flexibility for occasional late hours is expected to align with overseas colleagues.
