What You'll Do
Take ownership of growing our presence in the French market by developing relationships with key retail partners, including drugstores, pharmacies, e-commerce platforms, and select grocery outlets. You'll lead negotiations, design tailored product offerings, and deliver persuasive presentations to attract new collaborators while strengthening existing accounts.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, point-of-sale activations, and sampling initiatives in close alignment with marketing. Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings throughout France. Work cross-functionally with internal teams in marketing, operations, regulatory, and e-commerce to ensure seamless execution and market responsiveness.
Stay ahead of market dynamics by tracking competitor activity and consumer trends, then use those insights to refine distribution strategies and uncover new growth opportunities.
Requirements
You bring several years of experience in key account management, preferably within FMCG, beauty, or health. You understand the nuances of the French retail sector—especially in drugstore, pharmacy, online, and grocery channels. Fluency in both French and English is essential; German is a plus.
You’re highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a hands-on mindset. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CRM systems is expected.
