fixfirst is seeking a Founders Associate - Intern to act as the right hand to our CEO, Sebastian. This role immerses you in the core of our mission—accelerating product circularity to save up to 14 Gt of CO2 by 2030—by tackling strategic challenges and helping build the company from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Co-Founder & CEO Sebastian on a daily basis.
- Operate on highly strategic topics and assist behind the scenes.
- Network with clients and investors, representing the company at events.
- Test your own ideas, learn from mistakes, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Carry your own responsibility and accountability within the team.
What We're Looking For
- First practical experience from environments like a startup, strategy consulting, or your own projects.
- Currently enrolled in Business or a similar field in your senior Bachelor or early Master semester.
- Proven experience creating pitch decks, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- A pragmatic, curious, friendly, well-organized, and outgoing personality.
- A high degree of autonomy combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- German language skills are a plus.
- French language skills are nice to have.
Team & Environment
You'll be joining a compact team of 1-10 employees and will report directly to the Co-Founder & CEO, Sebastian, ensuring you have immediate impact and visibility.
