Forum Ventures is looking for a Founder, AI-Native Freight Brokerage to build a vertically integrated, AI-powered freight brokerage from scratch. You will be responsible for reimagining freight brokerage to automate every operational task autonomously.

What You'll Do

Build a vertically integrated, AI-powered freight brokerage.
Automate carrier matching, rate negotiation, compliance vetting, and shipment tracking.
Reimagine freight brokerage from the ground up.
Design a fully AI-orchestrated brokerage that handles every operational task autonomously.
Execute a winning GTM strategy to get to $50–100K ARR.
Build the right MVP to ensure early traction.

What We're Looking For

Background in logistics, trucking, or freight brokerage operations.
Experience with supply chain automation, marketplace building, or vertical SaaS.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and operational challenges.
A collaborative approach, with the capability to build partnerships across technical and non-technical teams.
A demonstrated passion for technology’s ability to change the world.
A desire to be a venture-backed founder.
Ability to collaborate in North American time zones.
