Forum Ventures is looking for a Founder, AI-Native Freight Brokerage to build a vertically integrated, AI-powered freight brokerage from scratch. You will be responsible for reimagining freight brokerage to automate every operational task autonomously.
What You'll Do
- Build a vertically integrated, AI-powered freight brokerage.
- Automate carrier matching, rate negotiation, compliance vetting, and shipment tracking.
- Reimagine freight brokerage from the ground up.
- Design a fully AI-orchestrated brokerage that handles every operational task autonomously.
- Execute a winning GTM strategy to get to $50–100K ARR.
- Build the right MVP to ensure early traction.
What We're Looking For
- Background in logistics, trucking, or freight brokerage operations.
- Experience with supply chain automation, marketplace building, or vertical SaaS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and operational challenges.
- A collaborative approach, with the capability to build partnerships across technical and non-technical teams.
- A demonstrated passion for technology’s ability to change the world.
- A desire to be a venture-backed founder.
- Ability to collaborate in North American time zones.
