Company: Allegheny Health Network GENERAL OVERVIEW Crafts and delivers meals to patients, staff, guests, and catering clients. Ensures cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work environments. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Implements precise food handling, portioning, and storage protocols aligning with departmental standards and regulatory requirements. (20%) • Manages inventory, assembles, and maintains sufficient levels of culinary items, products, and supplies. (20%) • Executes cleaning protocols in designated areas following established schedules, utilizing recommended techniques and appropriate sanitization chemicals. Adheres to safety and infection control protocols. (20%) • Engages with patients, visitors, and employees to guarantee seamless service delivery. (20%) • Performs additional assigned tasks including cashier responsibilities, catering support, and cart transportation. (10%) QUALIFICATIONS Preferred • Prior experience in food service operations preferred.
