About the Role

Offers assistance and support for patient documentation systems, encompassing customer service responsibilities. We are dedicated to providing flexible work arrangements when approved and specified in job postings. Currently, we are not considering candidates residing in or planning to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington. A video interview via Microsoft Teams will be mandatory, along with potential in-person interviews and meetings. Schedule - Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm MT, consistent across all locations. Responsibilities include: - Engaging with patient population to resolve outstanding account balances - Minimizing delinquency for assigned accounts - Configuring payment schedules, adjusting insurance billing, and exploring alternative payment/charity funding methods - Executing high-volume inbound and outbound collection calls - Investigating accounts receivable issues as needed - Delivering exceptional customer service - Emphasizing patient-centered medical collections approach - Managing hospital billing accounts receivable by reducing AR to cash - Maintaining high productivity and quality to achieve monthly self-pay collection targets Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent, required - Dedication to superior customer service, required - Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, required Preferred Qualifications: - Understanding of billing and collection processes, preferred - Familiarity with payment assistance and charity programs, preferred Physical Requirements: - Communicate effectively through oral and written communication - Operate computers and office equipment using finger and hand mobility - Read computer monitors and documents - Sustain sitting or standing for extended periods while using equipment - Potential need for lifting, transporting, bending, kneeling, and reaching Location: Peaks Regional Office Work City: Broomfield Work State: Colorado Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Hourly Range: $24.00 - $36.54 We prioritize caregiver well-being through a comprehensive benefits package promoting wellness, health, happiness, security, connection, and engagement.
