This remote position focuses on managing key accounts, generating revenue through technical product sales, and meeting performance targets outlined in our Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). The ideal candidate possesses B2B sales experience, particularly with safety-critical product lines. How you will do it: Account Management & Growth - Serve as primary contact for designated key accounts in fire suppression product domain - Establish and nurture robust relationships with engineering, procurement, and safety stakeholders - Comprehend customer applications and provide customized solutions using our fire suppression technologies Sales Execution & Target Achievement - Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual SIP targets - Maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product lines (e.g., clean agent systems, fire sprinkler, pre-engineered and standard products) - Coordinate with field sales and technical teams to support intricate sales cycles Technical Product Expertise - Maintain current knowledge of product specifications, certifications (e.g., UL, FM), and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, ISO) - Convert technical features into compelling customer value propositions - Conduct virtual product demonstrations and support proposal development Strategic Planning & Forecasting - Create account plans and sales strategies tailored to specific customer segments (e.g., data centers, industrial facilities, OEMs) - Maintain precise CRM records and provide consistent performance updates - Evaluate sales data to identify growth trends and opportunities What we look for: Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred) - 3+ years of sales or account management experience in tech or industrial manufacturing sector - Demonstrated familiarity with fire suppression systems or safety-critical technologies - Superior communication, negotiation, and virtual presentation skills - Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and remote collaboration tools - Self-motivated with ability to excel in remote work environment HIRING SALARY RANGE: $62,000 -83,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
