About the Role

This position drives revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key accounts in the fire suppression systems market through proactive inside sales techniques and collaboration with field teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned key accounts
  • Conduct regular outreach to customers via phone and email to promote fire suppression products
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to align account strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics weekly
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system

  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer application questions

  • Attend annual sales meetings and industry events as required
  • Drive renewal opportunities for service and maintenance contracts

  • Escalate complex technical issues to engineering support when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire code regulations and standards
  • Support marketing initiatives targeted at key verticals
