About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the architecture and strategic direction of OneStream platforms used in financial consolidation processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and delivering robust, integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical design of OneStream implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to define system requirements
- Ensure architectural consistency across financial reporting platforms
- Guide integration strategies between OneStream and source systems
- Develop scalable data models for financial consolidation workflows
- Support performance optimization of reporting and data processing
- Establish best practices for system configuration and maintenance
- Evaluate new OneStream features and recommend adoption paths
- Oversee data governance and integrity within the consolidation environment
- Mentor technical teams on OneStream capabilities and design patterns
- Drive alignment between business objectives and technical execution
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex system issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Manage technical documentation for architecture and integrations
- Support testing strategies for system upgrades and changes
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination during implementation phases
- Promote reusability and standardization across financial systems
- Assess third-party tools and extensions for integration potential
- Advocate for user experience improvements in reporting interfaces
- Stay current with enterprise performance management trends and technologies

- Master’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline
- OneStream certification or equivalent professional credential
- Hands-on experience with OneStream XF platform upgrades
- Prior work in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences
- Direct experience with OneStream scripting and automation tools
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Experience in global finance transformation initiatives
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as SOX
