A Finnish and Swedish speaking Customer Support Specialist is needed to handle customer inquiries for Tieto Banktech, a leading financial services software provider in the Nordics. The role involves shift work providing high-quality support in Finnish, Swedish, and English to bank end customers, primarily via phone, with responsibilities including case registration, resolution, and maintaining excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming calls, email or chat from customers and assist them with their inquiries.
- Register all incoming cases in various systems.
- Resolve incoming cases based on the situation.
- Provide top-level service and customer interaction to ensure the best solution for the customer's situation.
- Work towards creating and developing good collaborations with the company's customers.
What We're Looking For
- Speaks and writes Finnish, Swedish, and English fluently.
- Has previous experience in a customer service role where you interacted with individuals, via phone, in-store, restaurant, etc.
- High school diploma.
- Service-minded.
- Good knowledge of computer systems.
