The Senior Customer Manager will serve as the main point of contact for Tieto Banktech's largest customers in the Nordic and Baltic regions, driving customer relationships, commercial agreements, and strategic engagements. This role plays a key part in the growth of the Card as a Service business, combining sales, technical understanding, and change management within the financial technology sector at Tietoevry.
What You'll Do
- Be the main contact and hold overall responsibility for customer relationship
- Hold overall responsibility for the agreement, including commercial, budgeting, and forecast
- Lead negotiations in relevant processes, sales, and contract discussions
- Be part of a non-hierarchic and passionate team with strong collaborative culture
- Demonstrate flexibility under responsibility
- Manage a dedicated Nordic and Baltic customer portfolio
- Facilitate important meeting places with the customer in relation to strategic and tactical meetings
- Act as a Change Manager including retrieving specifications, estimates, decision meetings, and submitting proposals
- Handle and respond to customers’ day-to-day inquiries
What We're Looking For
- Good technical and commercial understanding
- Knowledge of or experience with payment and card solutions
- Good understanding of the Bank and Financial sector
- Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to increase the value of the customer account
- Be a team player who takes action and demonstrates responsibility to organize work and solve tasks
- Be passionate, initiative-driven, and motivated to make an impact
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a mindset that seeks solutions beyond 'good enough'
