Careers at Autodesk is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to serve as the single point of contact for our largest accounts in the Nordics. In this role, you will manage post-sale relationships and provide strategic advisory services to ensure customers achieve maximum return on investment from Autodesk solutions.
What You'll Do
- Accelerate adoption of new solutions by helping prioritize projects and support activities that deliver the best ROI within the shortest timeframe.
- Establish measurable criteria for success and assist in building organizational alignment.
- Develop and maintain a strategic customer success plan for a select group of named accounts.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate customer challenges into business solutions using Autodesk products.
- Become established as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader.
- Collaborate with consulting and support teams from proposal through delivery, managing delivery and adoption risks.
- Create and coordinate account documentation including reports, proposals, and business assessments.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key management sponsors and decision makers.
- Drive account adoption and scale strategy with wider account team members.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years in leading customer-facing organizations.
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn, adapt, and perfect your work.
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Strong financial acumen including an analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to Have
- Industry experience from AECO and/or MFG.
- Background in post-sale and sales experience.
