Tietoevry is seeking a Finnish & Swedish Speaking Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) for its Tieto Banktech division. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service primarily on financial services topics. The position requires shift work, including weekends and holidays, as part of a dedicated 24/7 support team.

What You'll Do

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers to assist with their inquiries.
Register all incoming cases accurately in various systems.
Resolve incoming cases based on the specific customer situation.
Provide top-level service and interaction to ensure the best solution for the customer.
Work towards creating and developing good collaborations with the company's customers.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in speaking and writing Finnish, Swedish, and English.
Previous experience in a customer service role involving direct interaction with individuals (e.g., via phone, in-store, restaurant).
A high school diploma.
A service-minded attitude.
Good knowledge of computer systems.
A flexible, loyal, and solution-oriented approach.
Responsibility and structure in your work.
The capability to provide professional customer interaction in all situations.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of service.
Ability to handle stressful situations and communicate easily with colleagues.
