Requirements

  • Speaks and writes Finnish, Swedish, and English fluently.
  • Has previous experience in a customer service role where you interacted with individuals, via phone, in-store, restaurant, etc.
  • High school diploma.
  • Service-minded.
  • Good knowledge of computer systems.
