Tietoevry is seeking a Finnish & Swedish Speaking Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) for its Tieto Banktech division. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service primarily on financial services topics. The position requires shift work, including weekends and holidays, as part of a dedicated 24/7 support team.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers to assist with their inquiries.
- Register all incoming cases accurately in various systems.
- Resolve incoming cases based on the specific customer situation.
- Provide top-level service and interaction to ensure the best solution for the customer.
- Work towards creating and developing good collaborations with the company's customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in speaking and writing Finnish, Swedish, and English.
- Previous experience in a customer service role involving direct interaction with individuals (e.g., via phone, in-store, restaurant).
- A high school diploma.
- A service-minded attitude.
- Good knowledge of computer systems.
- A flexible, loyal, and solution-oriented approach.
- Responsibility and structure in your work.
- The capability to provide professional customer interaction in all situations.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and communicate easily with colleagues.
