About the Role

Tietoevry is seeking a Finnish & Swedish Speaking Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) for its Tieto Banktech division. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service primarily on financial services topics. The position requires shift work, including weekends and holidays, as part of a dedicated 24/7 support team.

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers to assist with their inquiries.
  • Register all incoming cases accurately in various systems.
  • Resolve incoming cases based on the specific customer situation.
  • Provide top-level service and interaction to ensure the best solution for the customer.
  • Work towards creating and developing good collaborations with the company's customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in speaking and writing Finnish, Swedish, and English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role involving direct interaction with individuals (e.g., via phone, in-store, restaurant).
  • A high school diploma.
  • A service-minded attitude.
  • Good knowledge of computer systems.
  • A flexible, loyal, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Responsibility and structure in your work.
  • The capability to provide professional customer interaction in all situations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and communicate easily with colleagues.

This role follows a hybrid work model based in Stockholm - Solna.
