Timocom GmbH is looking for a Customer Service professional fluent in a Scandinavian language or Finnish to join our team. In this role, you will be the direct contact point for customers in Scandinavian or Finnish markets, handling inquiries and providing proactive support to increase satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone and email.
- Act as the direct point of contact for customers.
- Increase customer satisfaction through individual and quality-conscious support.
- Provide proactive customer service through regular support calls.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in customer service.
- Routine handling of common MS Office applications.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, preferred Danish) or Finnish.
- Negotiation-fluent German and very good English skills.
- Reliability, customer orientation, and a friendly telephone manner.
