LifeStance Health is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT) to join our team in Annapolis, MD. In this role, you will provide essential therapeutic services, helping to expand access to quality mental health care in the community.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for a diverse client population
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
What We're Looking For
- Active Maryland clinical license: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT
- Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in treatment planning
- Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based out of our Annapolis, MD location, combining in-person client appointments with telehealth flexibility.
