Seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to support a growing practice across multiple Pennsylvania locations. This position follows a structured 1 week on / 1 week off schedule, with clinical duties limited to Monday through Friday during on-weeks. The off-week is fully protected—free from call, remote work, or imaging responsibilities—supporting true work-life integration.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic breast imaging and procedures using 3D HD mammography, contrast-enhanced mammography, ultrasound, MRI-guided biopsies, and upright tomosynthesis
- Interpret studies within an ACR-recognized Breast Imaging Center of Excellence
- Collaborate with surgeons, pathologists, genetic counselors, psychologists, and nurse navigators in comprehensive patient care
- Teach medical students and radiology residents as part of an academic clinical environment
- Participate in clinical research and imaging innovation initiatives, if desired
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license
- Formal fellowship training or equivalent experience in Breast Imaging
Work Environment
Practice at multiple medical centers including Danville, Scranton, and Wilkes-Barre. The role is onsite with a consistent block schedule, allowing for predictable personal time. The care team emphasizes patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous learning.
