Help drive a sustainable healthcare future by ensuring safe and compliant collection of medical devices through routine site visits and inspections. As a Part-Time Healthcare Device Technician, you’ll play a key role in a growing recycling program, conducting bin assessments, capturing data via mobile application, and preparing containers for responsible shipment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform on-site inspections at client facilities, evaluating collection containers and documenting findings using a company-provided mobile app
- Ensure all operations follow established safety and compliance protocols
- Package filled containers according to handling guidelines and coordinate timely shipments
- Submit detailed weekly reports summarizing activities and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Track project costs and manage supply inventory to support uninterrupted service
- Maintain required credentials for site access and complete all assigned training modules
- Provide limited after-hours support when necessary to assist clients
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support program goals
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for travel between sites
- Previous work experience in any field
- Ability to use mobile applications for data entry and reporting
