Responsibilities
- Supports sales teams with training for surgeons, developing robotic programs in hospitals, and managing regional activities
- Leads technical training sessions for hospital staff, including operating room personnel and surgical teams
- Promotes the advantages of innovative technology to current robotic customers to help meet team sales targets
- Develops skills in setting objectives, strategic planning, and performance execution in preparation for future quota-driven roles
- Handles administrative duties such as tracking sales and procedures, reporting sales outcomes, and submitting expense records
