Responsibilities
- Act as an interim HR leader during transitions, providing expert guidance on People & Culture topics, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including in-person onboarding, performance appraisals, and off-boarding.
- Provide strategic advice to leadership on organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Audit, diagnose, and optimize existing HR processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Deliver engaging, in-person training workshops for teams, managers, and leadership.
Requirements
- Based in Barcelona, Berlin, Budapest, Madrid or Munich.
- High degree of autonomy, adaptability, and ability to work with multiple clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering in-person corporate training.
- Willingness to work on-site at client locations as needed.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a consulting, training, or senior HR role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and coaching abilities.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Relevant experience in consulting or training roles preferred.
