Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll across diverse client environments
- Diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
- Provide specialist advice on payroll configurations, workflows, and recommended approaches
- Interpret business needs and convert them into practical functional designs
- Support enhancements and performance improvements in client payroll systems
- Conduct training sessions and share expertise with clients and team members
- Assist in pre-sales efforts such as system demonstrations and solution scoping
- Collaborate remotely with stakeholders and users to build trust and understanding
- Create and maintain accurate, well-structured documentation and knowledge resources
