Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Finnish Speaking Remote Support Specialist to provide high-quality remote support to Finnish-speaking customers. You'll troubleshoot technical challenges, provide product insights, and foster a positive customer experience through phone, email, and chat.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality remote support to Finnish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Guide customers in utilizing product features and ensuring they get the most out of our services.
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our support processes.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry best practices to deliver knowledgeable support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on creating positive customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting.
- A strong interest in technology and a dedication to helping customers resolve their issues is crucial.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
- Experience with customer support tools or CRM software is beneficial.
