In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries through multiple channels to ensure a high-quality service experience. You will have the flexibility to work remotely or on-site and will be part of a team focused on excellence in customer service.
What You'll Do
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via chat, mail, and phone.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the provided methods and tools.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Finnish (C1 - C2 level).
- Very good command of English (B2 – C1 level).
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
