SYSTEMIC is looking for a Financial Systems Presales Consultant to identify and evaluate new business opportunities for financial institutions. In this role, you will prepare and deliver tailored solution demonstrations and proof of concepts, while developing customer proposals and conducting market research.
What You'll Do
- Discover and assess new business opportunities to develop focused presentations of solutions for new and existing customers.
- Understand the customer’s current infrastructure, perform gap analysis, and provide a technical description of the opportunity and proposed solution.
- Prepare and deliver customized solution demonstrations that emphasize the competitive advantages of offerings.
- Organize and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) when necessary to validate proposed solutions.
- Contribute to the development of customer proposals, including designing and pricing the solution and implementation projects.
- Lead and coordinate responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Maintain post-demonstration discussions with customers to provide clarifications and consulting related to the proposed optimal solution.
- Organize the transfer of customer and deal-specific knowledge to Systemic’s Customer Success unit after a deal concludes.
- Conduct ongoing market and competition research, presenting findings to Systemic’s management committee for strategic purposes.
- Create various forms of content, including articles and case studies, to support marketing and sales efforts.
