Play a key role in maintaining financial stability for a luxury retail organization during a critical transition phase. You will work within a compact team to support core financial processes, ensuring reliable and timely delivery of reporting and analysis across month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate financial schedules for accounting and shared services, including support for accruals and provisions
- Assist in inventory and gross margin close processes, providing inputs for reserves, stock depreciation, and reconciliation
- Develop and review management reporting packages, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Support balance sheet and cash flow reporting through detailed reconciliations and supporting documentation
- Reconcile inventory data across multiple systems, identifying discrepancies and resolving inconsistencies
- Document process gaps and coordinate with headquarters when definitions or logic are centrally managed
- Identify recurring reconciliation challenges and recommend practical controls to reduce rework
- Collect and validate budget and forecast inputs from stakeholders, supporting P&L consolidation
- Prepare financial forecasts and analyses related to gross margin and inventory levels
- Respond to urgent, ad hoc requests from headquarters, often requiring rapid turnaround
- Maintain and streamline reporting templates to minimize redundant work through structured file management and version control
Qualifications
Must hold a recognized accounting qualification such as CPA or ACCA. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in consumer-facing or product-based industries, along with a strong foundation in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support.

Compensation & Work Arrangement
