About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile manufacturer rebate claims to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Analyze complex rebate agreements to identify financial obligations and recovery opportunities
- Collaborate with pharmacy operations and procurement teams to validate rebate eligibility
- Track and report on rebate performance metrics and financial impact
- Identify discrepancies in rebate collections and lead resolution efforts
- Maintain detailed documentation of rebate terms, claims, and payment records
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to rebate accruals
- Prepare financial summaries and dashboards for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements
- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline rebate workflows
- Evaluate new rebate programs for financial viability and operational feasibility
- Assist in audits by providing accurate and organized rebate data
- Develop and maintain process documentation for rebate operations
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Use data analysis tools to extract, validate, and interpret rebate data
- Coordinate with legal and contracting teams on rebate term negotiations
- Manage timelines for rebate claim submissions and dispute resolutions
- Support integration of new rebate systems or technology platforms
- Provide guidance on rebate-related inquiries from internal departments
- Ensure data integrity across financial and operational systems
