CVS Health is hiring a Financial Operations Analyst, Manufacturer Rebate. You will join a team passionate about transforming health care, performing critical analysis of Medicare and Commercial formularies to determine client eligibility for manufacturer rebates. Your work directly supports accurate rebate invoicing by interpreting manufacturer contracts and analyzing formulary and plan design data on a monthly and quarterly basis.
What You'll Do
- Conduct formulary research to support rebate forecasting, underwriting, and various internal teams including Clinical Managers and Client Support Services.
- Adhere to and contribute to quality control processes for reviewing formulary rebate eligibility.
- Review contract language necessary to support formulary rebate contracts.
- Maintain filings for Caremark and client-specific formulary publications.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills working with contract language.
- Demonstrate flexibility to take on additional tasks to support the department.
- Support very light travel, if requested, for business activity.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of professional experience or internships utilizing analytical skills.
- Experience working in Microsoft Excel.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a formulary, health care, contracting, or similar role.
- Caremark Formulary and/or Rebate knowledge.
- Experience with Caremark business systems, claims adjudication, formulary, drug, and client systems, especially the RxClaim adjudication platform.
- Medicare knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and with people across functional areas.
- Ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
- Strong reading comprehension skills.
- Capability to communicate details clearly and accurately.
