Boulay is looking for a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate to be instrumental in helping clients understand, analyze, and respond to business opportunities and challenges. You will work directly with client executives and Transaction team leaders on buy and sell-side due diligence, working capital consulting, and purchase price accounting.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on maximizing opportunities and minimizing risks related to mergers and acquisitions, providing recommendations for deal structuring alternatives.
- Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity related to due diligence and consulting for business owners, private equity groups, search funds, and family offices.
- Develop detailed reports and perform complex analyses, including cash flows, quality of assets and earnings, working capital, potential liabilities, and the impact of findings on purchase price.
- Play an integral role in developing relationships with current and prospective clients, identifying market opportunities, and articulating our value proposition.
- Be responsible for engagement management, including preparing and presenting accounting findings and concepts.
- Review and provide feedback on project reports prepared by engagement team members.
- Ensure “best practices” are developed and used within the Transaction Group, including policies, processes, and tools.

You will be a key member of our Transaction Group, working directly with client executives and internal team leaders.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Opportunities are available in Minnesota (Eden Prairie, Minneapolis, Mankato), Florida (Naples), and our remote workforce spanning 20+ different states.
