Jalasoft is seeking a Financial Analyst to conduct in-depth financial analysis, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments to help ensure financial targets are met and drive strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, including budget vs. actual performance, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Support the annual budgeting process and provide analytical support for financial planning.
- Evaluate operational and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to inform business strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and scenario analyses.
What We're Looking For
- High level of English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis or controller roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to integrate processes across functions.
- Proficiency in Power BI and an understanding of tax regulations.
