What You'll Do
Design and maintain data systems that enhance statistical accuracy and reporting efficiency. Translate business needs into technical solutions by analyzing large datasets and generating clear, actionable insights. Build and manage interactive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics across departments.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify opportunities for operational improvement. Support colleagues by providing training on data tools and best practices, and help drive adoption of new processes. Take ownership of end-to-end data workflows—from collection and validation to automation and documentation.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on experience with DOMO, including MajorDOMO Certification
- Three or more years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record delivering data projects from concept to completion
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Salesforce.com
- Experience handling confidential people data in global settings
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex requirements and communicate findings clearly
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on quality and precision
- Fluency with Mac computers and Apple’s software ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iWork)
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
