What You'll Do
Manage and support the development and execution of operating budgets for Security Assistance programs, with a focus on Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Conduct financial analysis to inform resource decisions and ensure efficient use of funding. Assist in overseeing the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBE) as it applies to USASAC operations.
Use federal financial and logistics systems to track, analyze, and reconcile budget data across multiple platforms. Collaborate with leadership to justify expenditures and support budget documentation. Provide ongoing financial reporting and analysis to improve transparency and accountability in program resourcing.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in financial analysis, budget management, cost estimation, or PPBE processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
- Active Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with systems such as PBAS, DSAMS, MOCAS, FEDLOG, PADDS, DIFS, CISIL, LMP, GFEBS, CCOPES, and IMPART
- Familiarity with U.S. Army Security Assistance programs and Foreign Military Sales operations
- Background as a former U.S. Army Logistician or Foreign Area Officer is a plus
