Support the execution of programmatic advertising campaigns across leading demand-side platforms, gaining hands-on experience in digital ad operations. This role is designed for someone new to trafficking who is eager to build expertise through real-world application and mentorship.
What You'll Do
Learn to configure and launch campaigns across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Samsung Ads, and CM360. You'll work closely with account teams to upload creatives, implement tracking pixels, and manage audience segments. Follow established workflows to ensure accurate campaign setup, including tagging, naming standards, and asset trafficking.
Identify and resolve technical issues affecting campaign delivery. Attend regular check-ins to report progress and coordinate with traders to meet launch deadlines. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners across the organization’s network to support seamless campaign execution.
Requirements
- No prior trafficking experience required—on-the-job learning is expected
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Familiarity with core digital marketing principles
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, both Microsoft and Google versions
- High level of accuracy and focus on detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with data and numerical analysis
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments and willingness to take initiative
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Openness to mastering new digital tools and ad technologies
