What You'll Do
Play a key role in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, contributing to every stage of the M&A lifecycle. You'll help prepare transaction materials, support due diligence efforts, and assist in finalizing deals. After acquisition, you'll help integrate new businesses into the organizational framework, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and operational data to assess performance and uncover areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless transitions and maintain business continuity. Track post-merger KPIs and deliver regular updates to leadership, helping shape future integration strategies.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Bring 3–4 years of professional experience in finance, business management, or a comparable role
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting financial reports
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and conversation, in English
- Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving abilities in complex, fast-moving environments
- Work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Be comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time, mainly across Europe and occasionally beyond
