Arch is seeking a Finance & Operations Summer Intern to join our team in Toronto. This 10-week program provides hands-on experience in the insurance industry, allowing you to contribute to real finance and operations tasks while developing core professional skills.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to Finance tasks, including financial statement analysis, month-end close and reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Perform Operations tasks, including data analysis, process improvements, and deployment of organizational tools or applications.
What We're Looking For
- Actively completing area of study in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related program.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
- College level – current Junior or Senior at a Canadian University.
- Team player who collaborates effectively.
- Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Interest and experience in the insurance industry.
- Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate is $30-35 CAD.
- Intern position is eligible for select Arch benefits.
