As a Fieldwork Coordinator, you will oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment for both quantitative and qualitative research initiatives. Your primary focus will be ensuring accurate and timely execution of fieldwork activities across US-based studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of project fieldwork, including link configuration, testing, and distribution of study invitations through specialized platforms
- Design and implement sampling strategies tailored to each project’s goals and specifications
- Coordinate internal recruitment efforts using phone outreach, email campaigns, and other custom methods to maximize response rates
- Monitor project progress closely, adjusting approaches when internal sample availability is limited
- Deliver regular updates on recruitment status to project management teams
- Ensure all studies adhere to client-defined timelines and quality standards
- Develop alternative sampling solutions when panel capacity falls short of required sample sizes
- Track and report on the performance of both standard and custom recruitment efforts
- Operate and optimize internal tools for sampling, email distribution, and reporting to support project success
- Respond promptly to requests from project managers and other stakeholders
- Participate in planning meetings to clarify project requirements, deliverables, and responsibilities
- Document meeting outcomes and action items through notes and checklists shared with participants
- Conduct or arrange pretest interviews with clients, managing direct communication with respondents as needed
- Support project closure processes to ensure timely readiness for invoicing
- Configure Dynamic Audiences according to client criteria
Tools & Systems
You will work extensively with proprietary sampling, email, and reporting platforms, as well as custom recruitment software. Proficiency in leveraging these systems to improve efficiency and accuracy is essential.
