Techtronic Industries Power Equipment is hiring a Field Specialist - Riding Mowers to provide best-in-class support for our brand programs. In this role, you will professionally engage customers and service centers in the field to expand our riding mower program across a designated territory.
What You'll Do
- Cover a large territory to provide riding mower customer support
- Diagnose and repair TTI riding mowers directly in the field
- Recruit and train new service centers for riding mower repair programs
- Train existing service centers within your territory on current and new riding mower models
- Act as a subject matter expert on riding mower programs
- Visit customer residences to diagnose and repair mowers
- Visit service centers when needed for repair assistance
- Maintain constant communication channels open with all TTI parties
- Conduct phone support for customers and service centers when needed
- Provide performance reports when requested
- Work with engineering and project management teams on current issues identified in the field
- Keep an organized and clean company-provided work vehicle and tools
What We're Looking For
- Availability for extensive travel within your territory, including some overnight stays
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability and desire to satisfy consumers and end-users with little guidance or management intervention
- Empathy and ability to relate to customers

Team & Environment
You will work closely with the engagement center in Anderson, S.C.
Work Mode
This is a remote position for a candidate based in the Austin area.
