Monolithic Power Systems Inc. (MPS) is hiring a New Grad Technical Sales Engineer to join the MPSNow team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving design-in activity and wins within assigned customer accounts and geographies across the United States.
What You'll Do
- Drive all design-in activity and wins within assigned customer accounts and geographies in the US.
- Consistently exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Indirectly manage Manufacturers Representatives and channel partners supporting MPS products.
- Work closely with MPS product division marketing and engineering personnel to identify market trends and customer-specific requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A technical degree, minimum Bachelor's, in an engineering discipline, preferably Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of target customers as well as industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Technical ability to understand the entire MPS product portfolio and the go-to-market strategy for each product line.
- Good people and analytical skills to manage strong sales personnel, including manufacturer representatives and channel partners.
- Ability to grow management-level and design engineering relationships at strategic customers.
- Ability to interface with MPS executive staff and product divisions to explain and defend key business strategies, revenue targets, and customer situations within your assigned territory.
- Good presentation skills to all levels of personnel, both customer and MPS internal divisions and executives.
