Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is looking for a Field Sales Specialist (End User Specialist) focused on elevating customer relationships and driving sales success across the UK. In this role, you will be a product and brand ambassador, providing expert product support, training, and troubleshooting.
What You'll Do
- Share deep product knowledge and provide technical training to boost adoption and efficiency.
- Solve technical challenges and work with sales to turn leads into loyal customers.
- Strengthen dealer and partner connections through joint activities and product demonstrations at events.
- Boost brand visibility by representing the company at events and engaging stakeholders.
- Lead product testing sessions and use consultative selling to match customers with the right solutions.
- Deliver tailored training sessions on product use, safety, and certifications.
- Build strong customer relationships, offering ongoing support and gathering insights for product improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A business-related degree.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales, marketing, or technical support within the tools, industrial, or hardware sectors.
- Strong understanding of product applications and ability to provide tailored solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A full UK driver’s license.
- Ability to travel regularly across the UK.
