Commure is hiring a Field Sales Representative, RCM

About the Role

Commure is looking for a Field Sales Representative, RCM to drive the adoption of our Revenue Cycle Management solutions. This is a 100% remote role that requires 50% travel to visit customers in the field, activate RCM in person, and own the full execution and outcomes of the sales process.

What You'll Do

  • Run cold outreach with customers via phone and demo calls
  • Determine territories with a large base of private practice customers
  • Visit customers in the field to activate RCM in person
  • Understand the business in-and-out to proactively solve emerging problems
  • Own execution and outcomes for your territory
  • Drive key operational metrics such as process throughput and defect rate
  • Conduct customer onboarding calls for new user setup
  • Run business reviews and check-ins to monitor usage metrics
  • Commit to delivering customer value by deeply understanding client use cases and aligning them with best practices

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company, ideally in healthcare tech
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address client needs
  • Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental team improvement
  • Expertise in project management, with experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Energized by people, with a love for interacting with customers and delivering a great experience
  • A truth seeker, relentless in asking questions and understanding customer requests
  • Comfort in chaos, comfortable working autonomously, expertly prioritizing, and identifying blockers
  • Comfortable with 50% travel

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in SQL, Retool, and Google Suite
  • Candidates located in Texas, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, Florida, New York, NY/New Jersey area, Philadelphia, Boston, or Washington D.C.

Work Mode

This is a 100% remote position that requires 50% travel for customer visits and field activation.
