About the Role

The Field Sales Representative (FSR) - Nordic will be instrumental in propelling organizational expansion by identifying and securing emerging business opportunities, cultivating strategic client partnerships, and showcasing innovative technological solutions. The FSR will manage the complete sales process within their designated region, achieving revenue objectives and serving as a strategic customer consultant. Responsibilities - Develop and implement a strategic account management plan to accelerate solution integration and surpass business performance targets. - Generate business opportunities through proactive prospecting, creating a robust sales pipeline, and guiding customers comprehensively through the sales process. - Function as a strategic advisor by comprehensively understanding customer operational requirements and technological challenges, proactively addressing obstacles and ensuring platform success. - Establish and maintain high-level executive relationships, navigating complex business negotiations and delivering impactful presentations to senior leadership. - Collaborate extensively with cross-functional internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. - Conduct engaging and customized product demonstrations and presentations aligned with specific customer requirements. - Generate and maintain precise sales projections while ensuring comprehensive account documentation within the customer relationship management system. - Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to generate potential leads and strengthen existing customer connections, with flexible travel expectations.

The Field Sales Representative (FSR) - Nordic will play a crucial role in driving the growth of WALT Labs by identifying and closing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge solutions. The FSR will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle within their assigned territory, achieving sales targets, and acting as a trusted advisor to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to accelerate solution adoption and meet or exceed business targets.
  • Drive business development by prospecting, building a robust sales pipeline, and leading customers through the entire sales cycle.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business needs and technical challenges, working to remove blockers and ensure their success on the platform.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships, negotiating business cycles and presenting to C-level leaders.
  • Partner closely with various internal teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage and deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date account information in our CRM.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new leads and strengthen customer relationships, with travel required as needed.
