XDS is looking for a hands-on, field-based Field Sales Representative to establish our brand in the North American market. Your primary focus will be opening new dealer accounts and getting XDS bikes onto shop floors across your defined territory.
What You'll Do
- Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships
- Prospect in person within your territory, including cold walk-ins
- Take deals from the first conversation through the initial order
- Train shop staff on our product features and market positioning
- Keep a pulse on competitors, local pricing, and market dynamics
- Represent XDS in a professional and consistent way
What We're Looking For
- Direct experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops
- 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads
Nice to Have
- Ability to build initial interest and convert it into sales
- Comfort and flexibility with traveling, opening doors, and starting conversations in person
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- A personal background or interest in cycling or performance sports

- Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $70k-$90k

Work Mode
This is a local, city-based field sales role. You'll be in-person with bike shops across your territory. We are hiring for this position in Los Angeles, Miami, and NYC.
