What You'll Do
Travel regularly within assigned regions to connect with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and other healthcare stakeholders. You'll introduce and promote pharmaceutical products, address client inquiries, and support prescribing decisions with accurate information. Your efforts will focus on expanding market presence and increasing product adoption.
Track and report all field activities, ensuring timely updates on sales progress and customer interactions. Deliver consistent feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to help shape strategy. Maintain accurate records and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive planning and execution.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on field operations
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with confidence in face-to-face client engagement
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for results
- Self-driven attitude with a clear focus on achieving targets
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gujranwala, with readiness to operate in Faisalabad
