INCA – Insurance Core Automation was looking for a Field Sales Engineer (m/w/d) - NRW (Home-Office)

INCA – Insurance Core Automation is seeking a Field Sales Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). In this role, you will drive revenue and provide technical support across the sales territory, forging new relationships and developing customer-specific solutions in a growth-oriented, international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Take responsibility for revenue and technical support in the defined sales territory.
  • Actively acquire new OEM customers and maintain and expand existing business relationships.
  • Analyze technical requirements and develop customer-specific solutions in collaboration with internal specialist departments.
  • Support and develop regional distribution partners, including conducting joint customer visits.
  • Participate in regional trade fairs and customer events to present our products.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to EMS customers in the region.
  • Independently maintain CRM data and deliver regular reports to management.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in an OEM environment.
  • High self-motivation, structured way of working, and pronounced customer orientation.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and enjoyment of active B2B sales.
  • Very good spoken and written German and English language skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approximately 50%).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales of components (e.g., electromechanical, semiconductors).
  • Technical understanding in the field of electronics or connection technology.
