About the Role

Henry Schein One LLC is hiring a Field Sales Consultant, Medical to cover the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. You will lead field-based outreach to healthcare practitioners, focusing on developing a strong account base and driving sales growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead outreach to healthcare practitioners in the territory to actively grow and develop the account base.
  • Obtain and onboard new customers.
  • Increase sales by selling deeper and wider in existing accounts.
  • Plan, organize, and implement strategies using company resources to increase market share within the territory.
  • Coordinate all team selling assets including Telesales, Business Development Executives, Strategic Accounts Team, Lab and Diagnostics/Equipment Team, and Surgical Solutions Team.
  • Conduct face-to-face contact with every assigned account on a timely and periodic basis.
  • Respond to customers’ concerns and resolve inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend medical conventions/seminars and participate in training programs to enhance sales performance.

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma
  • Valid US Driver’s License (Motor Vehicle Check Required)
  • Ability to travel extensively within a specific geographic territory

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior sales experience
  • Customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • PC proficiency, including MS Word and Excel
