Motorola Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative Administrator - US Remote

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative Administrator at Motorola Solutions, you will be assigned to actively work with field agents and customer information to secure collateral for clients. This is a fully remote role performed 100% via computer with no field work or travel required.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain account orderliness.
  • Ensure a field agent is assigned to each account.
  • Update designated accounts with new information received from the client.
  • Communicate any escalated information to the client or supervisor as needed.
  • Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral.
  • Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge and initiate required actions.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service and Account Management experience, or equivalent.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
  • Strong phone skills with ability to give clear and concise direction.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills.
  • High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with collateral repossession.
  • Collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, or credit experience.
  • Previously worked in a remote environment.
