Responsibilities
- Maintain account orderliness
- Ensure a field agent is assigned to each account
- Update designated accounts with new information received from the client
- Communicate any escalated information to the client or supervisor as needed
- Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral
- Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge
- Initiate required actions as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service and Account Management experience, or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
- Strong phone skills with ability to give clear and concise direction
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
- High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications
Nice to Have
- Experience with collateral repossession
- Collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, credit experience would be beneficial
- Preferred that candidate have previously worked in a remote environment
Compensation
Target Base Salary Range: $45,760 USD
