BeOne Medicines is hiring a Summer Intern for our Global Quality Strategy and Business Operations team. In this remote role, you will streamline data collection and create a meaningful dashboard by gathering key inputs from Quality departments worldwide. Your fresh perspective will help identify missing components and build a reproducible system.
What You'll Do
- Assist in identifying relevant data sets from across Global Quality
- Collect, categorize, and perform basic statistical analysis on data inputs
- Design data displays and charts to convey information clearly
- Identify missing components using your new hire vantage point
- Independently schedule meetings and facilitate data collection
- Perform minor administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain flexibility in your work schedule for a global project
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing an undergraduate or masters degree in a relevant subject
- Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet
- Ability to think analytically and outside the box
- Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently schedule meetings and facilitate data collection and analysis

- Experience with Power BI
