Solakon GmbH is looking for a Field Sales Advisor to represent Orange through direct, in-person sales activities. You will focus on building connections at events, open days, and through personal visits, always working alongside colleagues in a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct field and door-to-door sales visits.
  • Attend events and open days with colleagues for sales activities.
  • Build personal connections with customers and represent the company professionally.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in door-to-door or field sales.
  • Resilient and socially skilled, able to connect easily and not be easily discouraged.
  • Professional, disciplined, and willing to stand by your results.
  • A true team player who enjoys being on the road with colleagues.
  • Ability to listen, argue effectively, and exude trust with customers.
