Glean is looking for a Field Marketing Manager, ANZ to be based in Sydney. You will partner closely with our ANZ sales and marketing teams to support our regional marketing strategy in Australia and New Zealand, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through field marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Plan, organize, and execute owned events, roundtables, conferences, webinars, and other promotional activities to generate leads, drive sales pipeline, and build brand awareness.
- Help build and execute the strategic plan to meet pipeline goals, aligning go-to-market plans to budget.
- Ensure end-to-end execution of events, coordinating logistics, vendor management, and lead and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with product, content marketing, and subject matter expert teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and messaging.
- Lead strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with technology ecosystem partners like AWS and Google Cloud and channel partners.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Work with the creative team to develop marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Track the field marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources, and provide regular reports on budget status and ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to refine strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the impact of field marketing efforts against pipeline generation and ROI goals.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in ANZ field marketing, event management, or a related role.
- Experienced in working on all marketing pillars – acquisition, expansion, and foundational.
- Strong project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, analytics).
- Creative mindset to drive innovative event experiences.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes, specifically pipeline and revenue building.
Nice to Have
- A proactive, self-directed mindset where you take ownership, solve problems, and move programs forward with minimal oversight.
- Creative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity within a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel across ANZ for key events and field initiatives, as needed (up to 25%).
- Familiarity with product-led go-to-market motions.
- Experience at a growth-stage tech or AI-native company.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Head of Field Marketing - APJ and partner closely with ANZ sales & marketing teams, regional managers, and the extended marketing teams in design, web, social, digital, and partner marketing.

This role is based locally in Sydney.
