Twilio is looking for a Field Marketing Manager, LATAM to build scalable marketing programs across Spanish-speaking countries. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact campaigns and events that drive awareness and pipeline growth, shaping the future of communications.
What You'll Do
- Bring strong event management expertise and hands-on experience.
- Execute high-impact campaigns that drive promotion and attendance for both live and virtual events.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of building successful partnerships with sales and leadership teams.
- Create new and innovative in-person marketing programs that drive awareness and pipeline across multiple accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with campaigns, outbound, ABM, and partner marketing teams to develop meaningful regional programs that drive business results.
- Communicate and educate the sales team on all programs through multiple channels.
- Establish, manage, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Analyze and interpret event metrics regularly to report on performance.
- Apply a strong understanding of both the marketing and sales funnels, clearly articulating how they work together to drive success.
- Provide insights and recommendations to sales on what is working in top accounts and identify opportunities for deeper penetration and stronger relationship building.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, including corporate events.
- Experience in end-to-end program ownership in a fast-paced and hyper growth business environment.
- A self-starter with exceptional project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize independently, and delegate tasks when appropriate.
- Ability to work cross functionally and enjoys team work and team execution.
- Metrically driven with a passion to analyze data.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Technically savvy and experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, enterprise software, devices, and mobility is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo is a plus.
