HD Supply is hiring a Field Account Representative- Healthcare- Indianapolis

About the Role

HD Supply is hiring a Field Account Representative for its Healthcare vertical to cover the Greater Indianapolis Area. You will be responsible for selling MRO supplies and healthcare-related products to an established customer portfolio while prospecting for new business to drive profitable sales growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers at all organizational levels.
  • Manage sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to manage your existing customer base.
  • Develop and implement plans to expand HD Supply's business presence in your assigned area.
  • Share market insights and competitor information with relevant channels throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Attend monthly business meetings for company-sponsored associations, engage in local trade shows, and represent HD Supply in regional or national activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Must reside in Indiana.
  • 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to prioritize selling activities and administrative tasks.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline, with 2-5 years of experience in a related field, or an MS/MA with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Operation of a personal vehicle consistently more than 20% of the average work week.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with consultative or solution selling.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Team & Environment

You may provide general guidance or training to junior-level support or professional personnel.

Work Mode
